Project 4: Circulation

The circulation project focused on physically defining a space as it relates to a path. With the points we learned in class, we learned how to analyze patterns and decompose them into a simple diagram. Then adding functions with the appropriate  proportions and how it relates to a type of function.

For this project, we had to design the spaces for a new yacht club on the shore of Long Island sound. Also this yacht club has a ceremony blessing the fleets and the club that takes place from the road all the way to the water.

​

For my main idea, i decided to separate private from public. Using the private side for a more orthogonal and linear path and the public for a more diverse using a network path combining more shapes for the functions.
